The founders of 9th circle records are Hugo Velos known under his project Silent Enemy and Bruno Hage alias Chaos Oscillator. 9th Circle Records is a Label of experimental electronic music toward the dark aspects, dark and psychedelic of human perception. 9th Circle Records was founded at Belém of Pará [Brazil] in January 2009. The idea behind 9th Circle Records is to promote well known artists and newcomers to showing the darker side of trance and underground.
