Petites Planètes publishes music recorded by filmmaker/sound explorer [a1135806], from his trips across the globe, to trance rituals in the suburbs of Hanoi to shamanist ceremonies in the heart of the Amazon, from experimental noise in Singapore to sufi rituals in Chechnya, a sonic and poetic survey of the world today. The October 2024 edition of Songlines features five recordings from the Petites Planetes collection on its cover mount cd [r31609810], and includes a lengthy interview with Moon.
